These terms govern purchases made on the ilmarchese.shop website. The protections provided by the Consumer Code apply to buyers acting as consumers for purposes unrelated to their professional or business activity.

2. Products and Orders

Product features are described in their respective product pages. Before purchasing, customers are encouraged to review the descriptions, variants, quantities, and instructions for use.

Before the order is shipped, you can review and correct the information you have entered. By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to pay the amount shown in the order summary.

The order confirmation is sent to the email address provided by the customer. We recommend keeping it together with the terms applicable to the purchase.

If an ordered product is unavailable, we will contact the customer and refund any payments made for the product that cannot be supplied. Any alternatives will be agreed with the customer.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are those shown on the website at the time the order is placed. Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and the total amount payable are shown before the purchase is completed.

The following payment methods are accepted, depending on the options available at checkout:

• Payment cards.

• PayPal.

• Bank transfer.

For bank transfers, the customer receives the necessary details and instructions to make the payment. The order is prepared for shipping once the payment has been received.

4. Shipping within Italy

Shipping costs €6.30 for orders under €69. For orders of €69 or more, shipping within Italy is free.

The order is handed over to the courier within 24 hours of receipt of payment, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.

Delivery is normally expected within 48–72 hours of being handed over to the courier. These are estimated times, which may vary depending on the destination and the courier service.

5. International Shipping

Shipping is available to the countries selectable at checkout.

The cost is calculated based on the destination and shown before payment. The free shipping offered for Italian orders does not automatically apply to international shipments.

The package leaves the warehouse within 36 hours of receipt of payment, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Delivery times vary depending on the country and the service used.

6. Delivery and Support

Customers are encouraged to check that the address and contact details provided are correct.

In the event of a failed delivery, damage, or problems with the package, you can contact us at info@ilmarchese.shop. For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when they physically acquire the goods, subject to any exceptions provided by law.

Estimated delivery times do not limit consumer rights in the event of a delay or failure to deliver.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason, by writing to info@ilmarchese.shop or by sending an explicit statement to the seller's address.

Products must be returned within 14 days of notification. The customer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods due to withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons if they are opened after delivery. Rights relating to defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

8. Statutory Conformity Guarantee

Products purchased by consumers are covered by the statutory conformity guarantee. The seller is liable for defects existing at the time of delivery that appear within two years, without prejudice to any further protections provided by applicable law.

Consumers may request free repair or replacement, within the limits provided by law. In the cases provided for, they may obtain a price reduction or the termination of the contract.

To report a problem, write to info@ilmarchese.shop stating the order and the defect found. Photographs may help expedite the request.

The terms may be updated. Each order is subject to the version available at the time of purchase.
