Right of withdrawal

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you can notify us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide a reason, except for the exceptions indicated below.

Write to info@ilmarchese.shop, stating your name, the order number, and the products you wish to return. An explicit statement of your intention to withdraw is sufficient.

How to return the products

After notifying us of your withdrawal, return the products within the following 14 days to:

The return shipping costs for withdrawal are borne by the customer.

Carefully pack the products, preferably using the original packaging, and include any accessories received. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt.

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality, a reduction in the refund may be applied corresponding to the decrease in its value.

Sealed products and hygiene

The right of withdrawal is excluded for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons when the seal is opened after delivery.

This exclusion applies only to products that meet these conditions. It does not limit your rights regarding defective or non-conforming products.

Refunds

We will issue the refund without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notification of withdrawal. We may suspend it until we receive the products or proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise expressly agreed, and without additional costs.

In the event of withdrawal from the entire order, we will also refund the initial standard delivery costs. Any surcharges for a more expensive delivery method chosen by the customer will not be refunded.

Defective, damaged, or incorrect products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, contact us at info@ilmarchese.shop, stating the order number and describing the problem. If possible, attach photographs to help us process your report.

These cases are handled at no cost to the consumer, including any necessary return costs, in accordance with the remedies provided by the legal guarantee of conformity. The 14-day period provided for withdrawal does not limit these rights.
